All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Divine Dazzle LLC will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages


We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Return Policy


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, we will accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You obtain a return authorization from us prior to sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit code will be issued via email.
